Gaming products maker Razer in Irvine said it plans to acquire console accessories brand Controller Gear of Temecula.
Razer, which is headquartered both in Irvine and Singapore, did not specify a price for the purchase, which is expected to close by the end of March and is subject to customary closing conditions.
