Ingram Micro Buys Harmony PSA

Irvine-based Ingram Micro Cloud said it has acquired Harmony PSA, a U.K. company providing specialized professional services automation software. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Harmony PSA’s service desk and project management software streamlines the transaction and management of hardware with software and Cloud solutions.

The software is scheduled for integration into Ingram Micro’s transactional systems by the second quarter of next year, Ingram Micro said in a statement to the Business Journal.

Ingram Micro is the world’s largest wholesale technology distributor and the biggest OC company by revenue, with $47.2 billion in sales in 2019.
